Choose natural light
Daylight helps me see the true colour, markings and smaller details clearly.
Get reasonably close
The paw should be clear and in focus, with enough detail for me to see its shape and markings.
Keep it natural
There’s no need for a perfect pose — a relaxed photograph that looks like your companion is often best.
