ORDERS

Each product is made to order and everything is all handmade in Dorset. Please note this means orders can take up to 14days plus delivery to time to arrive, if you need an order to arrive before a certain time, please add a note on the checkout page so we are aware of this. If we are not able to fulfill your order within this time ,we will contact you. In any event of us not having your chosen product, we will email you and offer either a refund or a later delivery if possible.

Credit card orders are processed securely by Stripe payments and Paypal. Mulberry and Hare do not handle any credit card data for orders placed online.

Please note that pictures may not be to scale; always check dimensions. Colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however, as with all photography, there may be some slight variation. 

DELIVERY

Please note, any delivery costs only apply to mainland UK. We currently do not post outside of the UK. 

We aim to process orders within 5 working days, although at busy times we may take slightly longer.

RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your purchases from Mulberry and Hare but if not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as you notify us and it is returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Please note, that we are unable to reimburse postage costs. Contact us for more information. However, If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund for you. 

Unfortunatly if a customised order has been placed then this cannot be refunded.
